Monday - 13/4/09

Trained at home public holiday today.

Felt weak when squatting and hips felt tight.
FS - 3 x 5 @ 60kg
BS - 2 x 5 @ 80kg

Press - 40kg 1 x 2/ 5 x 2 @ 42.5kg/ 3 x 2 @ 45kg

Pull-Up - 3 x 6 and 1 rep @ 16kg

Lost a lot of strength on pull-ups since before holidays
