Did a CF Football WOD with a front squat thrown in.
30kg OHS Max Reps
30kg Front Squat Max Reps
7 Burpee Box jumps - 24" box.
5 rounds - 45 sec rest between each round.
OHS - 16/10/7/8/7
FS - 15/6/6/6/6
BBJ - 57/47/47/47/52 seconds.
Was a hard WOD - really hard.
Really gassed me fitness is still not where it should be.
